A girl mountain bike is a great piece of equipment for girls of all ages. They can be used for fun, for fitness, and for transportation. They don’t require any special skills or licenses to operate and can get a person to and fro much quicker than any other self powered device. They are inexpensive and reliable making them an excellent device wherever and whenever they are used.
A girl mountain bike has a few slight differences from a male version although at the highest level they are almost the exact same. The first thing people notice is often the paint which will often be pink, light or pastel in some form or another. Don’t be surprised to see miniature flowers emblazoned on the tubes. The next thing people will notice is the sloping angle of the top tube. This makes it easier to get legs over the bike and makes it possible to ride a bike in a skirt if one is so inclined.
A girl mountain bike can have anywhere from 18-35 gears depending on the scope of the bike. One for a child will often have less than 18. and 21 to 27 gears is typical. These allow the rider to have good pedal rotation no matter what the slope is. It is easy to pedal going up steep hills although the speed is slow, and on fast downhill rides the pedals will not be spinning out of control.
